The sales team who came out to discuss shutters for our home in Bantry Bay, Cape Town were not pushy. They were very friendly, open and honest, and made us feel at ease and comfortable. We were called at each stage. The fitters who came out to measure the windows were wonderful and friendly, they arrived on time and even offered to take down the shade cloth coverings we had for me. When they came back, they had already done at least one other house and it was stinking hot, but both the men were still very friendly and happy.
My kids were fascinated with what they were doing, the guys where happy to answer all the questions my kids threw at them and were very understanding. They seemed to enjoy answering their questions. What really left a lasting impression is the respect they showed for entering your home, the guys cleaned up the plaster dust and finished without leaving a speck of dust behind. This is a style of workmanship you can be proud of. Once our Decowood shutters were installed, I got a call a few days later to check if I was happy or had any questions.
The living room shutters are beautifully installed, the timber looks amazing and the finish is of the highest quality. I will not hesitate to recommend your company!
