We at Inspect-a-home do building inspections of residential, commercial and industrial properties. The inspections and reports are based on the NHBRC Manual and also the SANS 10400 building regulations. Typically when reporting we will provide a photograph of the defect, provide a description of the problem and offer a solution to remedy.

Thanks for the comprehensive report it makes us wonder why these are not mandatory inspections required to sell a house much like an electrical compliance certificate. I will be in touch early next year when we are looking for another investment property.
Was very impressed with the service. It was quick to arrange and once the inspection was complete, the report came through quickly as well.
