My name is Jurie Fourie. I am the owner of Inspector Homes and I do your inspection myself. My goal as a Internationally Certified Home Inspector is to provide you with thorough, objective and confidential inspection and report in a prompt and courteous manner.

The report will provide you with the knowledge you need to make a highly-informed and educated decision when selling or purchasing a home – the biggest investment you’ll likely ever make.

I will advise you, the buyer, on proper maintenance and care of your purchase and use language that is easily understandable. Complete customer satisfaction is my goal.

I will abide by InterNACHI’s strict code of ethics and perform the inspection far beyond the minimum standards of practice in our industry.

I will perform the inspection for you alone and will not be influenced by other parties that may have vested interests in the sale of the property.

I have many years of project management, home construction and systems experience of which the last 9 years is inspection and snagging experience.

I provide you with an easy to read, in-depth and thorough inspection detailed in a comprehensive report backed up with digital pictures.

I adhere strictly to the guidelines of InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors) in order to provide you with the most professional, reliable and courteous service.

I use the latest technology and inspection equipment and I have had extensive professional training to provide you with the most expert service you will find.

My availability during the week and weekends gives you the option of having the inspection at your convenience. I am also available by phone 7 days a week to answer any questions you might have.
