I first came to know Nanny Maids SA through a work colleague who had recently had twins. He could not stop raving about their service. My husband and I decided to give the agency a shot, as our long time nanny had recently gone back to Zimbabwe. It was really hard finding the right person, as Alice had left such big shoes to fill. First of all, I was truly impressed by their website! I found it so self-explanatory and easy to navigate. We sent in the online form and in a short while, we heard back from them. They detailed everything to us and we had a few options to pick from. We opted to meet at their offices face to face, as I am a bit old fashioned in that way. The interviews were very pleasant and I was very grateful for the number of ladies they lined up for me. All the ladies were really good and it was so hard to decide. My husband and I were really sad, that we could not hire everybody.. we settled on another Zimbabwean lady, who truly reminded us so much of Alice. That was 5 years ago. We live in Sunninghill and we are still very grateful for our nanny, she goes way beyond her call of duty and is just so great with the children.

I use the agency for cleaning services ,every Tues and Thursday, they send me good ladies all the time. So far, they have only changed the ladies twice,so,I give them a 5/5, thank you

We pay the Domestic agency a monthly fee to supply us with a housekeeper. We don’t have children, so she only needs to cook, clean and take care of our pets. I am very happy with their service so far

it gives me great pleasure to write this review on Nanny Maids SA. I recently interacted with Nanny Maids SA in my search for a Nanny/Housekeeper. I was a very demanding customer.. I have to say this. Unfortunately, it did not quite work out the first time. The lady I hired, turned out to be a poor fit for my family. After a series of interviews.. I finally found “the one” what is most commendable about the agency is their patience, the availability of the owner, to talk through your frustrations and lastly,their willingness to try again, if at first not successful.. that is exactly what I was looking for , from an agency
